if minimum purchase is not met we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund you the full amount. To receive pre-event discounts orders must be received within 24 hours of the event.

If you purchase a package before the event and you play fewer games than you purchased, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the games not played. All pre-event orders will receive the discounted pricing, if adding games after the event we will need to charge $149 per additional game.

Anyone can order games or packages after the event because we will be shooting video of every game. Pricing may change week of event.

If event is cancelled or delayed for any reason outside of our control and we are unable to shoot video, we will provide a full credit for future video work.
