A Letter from our Summer Intern Ben
My name is Ben Brown and I have been the intern for Recruit Reels over the past summer. I played basketball at Freed-Hardeman University from 2014-2017. I know what it is like to try to get your name out to coaches and get recruited. The recruiting process is a very hard and lengthy process that requires patience. Transitioning from being the athlete to now helping the athletes out is a transition that I have enjoyed. I like seeing these kids out here working hard and trying to play at the next level. I know what it takes to play at the next level and what coaches are looking for. I feel that my experience has definitely helped me with Recruit Reels.
When I was in High School, I put a highlight video together myself that was a low quality video. It was blurry and unprofessional. I wish that I would had known about professional video services like the ones offered by Recruit Reels. I sometimes wonder what a high quality recruiting video would have done for me. My experience here has been one that I am very thankful for. I have gained knowledge in many different areas that will help me in the future. The people at Recruit Reels are really great. They really like to help the High School Athletes and their families make college more affordable by helping them make it to the next level.
