First, How Do We Get the Footage?
Every video starts with footage -- and there are two ways to get it. Most athletes use one or the other; some use both.
You Shoot, We Edit:
Already have game film? Send us your HD footage -- from online sources, an SD card, or uploaded to our server -- and our editors turn it into a professional video. The most affordable path when you've already got the footage.
We Shoot, We Edit:
Need footage captured? Our professional videographers film your games, combines, or workouts in HD -- in all 50 states -- and then build your video start to finish. The done-for-you path.
From Package to Finished Video in Four Steps
Step 1 — Choose Your Package:
Pick the package that fits your athlete's sport, level, and goals. Not sure which one? Call us at 833-4RECRUIT and we'll help you choose -- there's no wrong place to start.
Step 2 — Send Your Footage & Details:
After you order, we send you a simple form for your athlete's bio, stats, and sport details. You send your game footage (or we schedule a videographer), and you can flag the specific moments you want featured -- or let our editors choose the best plays for you.
Step 3 — We Build Your Video:
Our editors get to work, packaging your athlete's highlights the way college coaches expect to see them. Standard turnaround is 2-4 weeks after we receive your final footage. On a tighter timeline? Rush options are available -- just let us know when you need it and we'll work with you.
Step 4 — Review, Approve & Share:
We send you a rough cut to review online for accuracy. Once you approve it, we export the high-resolution final, post it to your own page for sharing, and send you a downloadable link. From there, it's ready to send to every coach on your list.

Name, position, grad year, height, GPA, stats, and contact info -- the recruiting essentials coaches expect. We send a simple form to collect it all.
The Moments That Matter:
If you know which plays show your athlete best, flag them. If not, our editors will pick the highlights that make the strongest case.

Q: Do I need my own footage?
No. If you have game film, great -- send it. If not, we'll send a professional videographer to capture it. Many families do a mix of both.
