How long does it take to get my video?
Most videos are completed within 2–4 weeks of receiving your final footage. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Can you use my favorite song in the video?
We're unable to use copyrighted music in any video we produce. We use licensed, royalty-free tracks that keep your video safe to share anywhere without copyright issues.
What if my footage was filmed by someone else?
Any footage or photography produced by a third party (not the parents or athlete) must include a letter or email of permission sent to us before we can use it. This protects both you and us.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing is available on select packages so you can split the cost into easy payments. Look for the financing note on the package page, or ask us about options.
