If you purchase a package before the event  and cannot play for any reason before the event we will provide full refund, minus any processing/miscellaneous fees. If you purchase a package before/during the event and cannot play for any reason during the event, a refund/credit may be provided depending on how many  games/footage has already been captured. If you purchase a package before/during the event and want to cancel during/after the event, you will receive a credit a credit for future services. 

Anyone can order a package after the event because we will be shooting video of every game.
