Process and Procedures

Ready to take the next step?
Here’s how to get started and the overall process:

STEP 1:

Determine the source of the footage.
Go to “Pricing” and purchase desired package
Full payment is required at the time of purchase by credit card, PayPal, check.

STEP 2:

Once payment clears you’ll be contacted by our staff to gather information.
You’ll be emailed forms to provide sport-specific information for producing the video.
Footage will be gathered by either shooting, file transfer site, and/or email

STEP 3:

Once we have received the footage and forms you will receive a proof within 3 weeks.
If changes are needed, short videos and pictures will be provided for final approval. Once final approval is given, your final high res video will begin export.
If no changes are needed, your final high res video will begin export.
Once video is done exporting, we will send you link to final high res video and you will be able to share this link and download the video. The video will also be put on our website.
