The U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) gathers and analyzes data based upon earnings and education. In 2015, those without a degree made around $24,000 in yearly income. However, those with a degree made around $48,000. That is double the pay, a difference of $24,000 in your pocket thanks to earning a college degree and making a better life for yourself and your family.
